At Dynasty Retail, we carefully prepare each order to ensure your products meet our standards before they are shipped.

Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days after purchase and 5-7 business days to be shipped.

Please note that processing times may be longer during product launches, promotions, holidays, or periods of high order volume.

Shipping Times

After your order has been processed and shipped, delivery times will vary depending on the shipping method selected during checkout and the carrier handling your package.

Estimated delivery times provided at checkout are estimates and are not guaranteed delivery dates.

Tracking Information

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

Please allow time for tracking information to update after your package has been accepted by the carrier.
