Returns:
Customers may request a return within 30 days of receiving their order.
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- Unworn
- Unwashed
- In original condition
- With original tags attached (if applicable)
Items that show signs of wear, damage, washing, or alteration may not be eligible for return.
Return Process
To request a return, please contact our customer support team with:
- Order number
- Full name used during checkout
- Reason for the return
- Photos of the item if there is an issue
Once your return request is reviewed, we will provide instructions on the next steps.
Please do not send items back without contacting us first.
Refunds
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Non-Returnable Items
